TERMS OF RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

1. 1.   Fill in a reservation form,  check up the type of a room chosen for reservation, afterwards choose the method of payment:
   • non-cash settlement: on choosing this method of payment the Hotel shall accept an application for reservation via e-mail and other means of e-mail, including facsimile connection; shall transmit the Consumer the reserved services confirmation and the bill for paying hotel services. The Consumer shall make the payment for hotel services within 2 (two)  bank days.
   • by a credit card: enter the personal data together with the credit card data to complete the process.
2. 2.  The Hotel shall accept for payment the valid cards of international payment systems American Express, Visa International, MasterCard International, and Maestro.
3. 3.  Information on data, left by the Consumer on the site, is confidential. The Hotel only receives the information on the transaction outcome and the Consumer’s e-mail.
4. 4. To confirm the reservation, it is necessary to accept the terms of reservation, marking a proper window with a “tick”. As soon as it is done, Your process of reservation is completed and You will receive the confirmation of reservation via e-mail, and appropriate cost will be withdrawn from Your credit card.
5. 5.  You are able to draw up a reservation at most 30 (thirty) days before the arrival.
6. 6.  Each on-line reservation is guaranteed. The confirmation number, provided for each reservation, shall guarantee You the place in the Hotel. The confirmation number shall immediately appear on the Confirmation Page, as well as shall be transmitted to Your e-mail. Please, print out Your confirmation and bring it with You to the Hotel for instant registration.
7. 7.  The Hotel shall confirm the reservation no later than 24 hours after the receipt of a reservation
8. 8.  The check-out time: Take notice that the payment for providing hotel services is withdrawn in accordance with the single check-out time – 12.00 of a current day. The check-out time is 12.00 in accordance with Kyiv time. The check-in time is 13.00 in accordance with Kyiv time. Upon the residence in the Hotel less than one day, the payment is withdrawn for one factual day, irrespective of the accommodation time.
9. 9.  Early arrival:
   • upon the accommodation in the Hotel from 6 a.m. to 12 a.m. the payment is withdrawn at the rate of 50% of the total cost of the room (rooms) for one settling day;
   • upon the accommodation in the Hotel from 12 p.m. to 6 a.m. the payment is withdrawn at the rate of 100% of the total cost of the room (rooms) for one settling day.
10. 10. Late departure:
    •  upon the late departure till 6 p.m. the payment is withdrawn at the rate of 50% of the total cost of the room (rooms) for one settling day;
    • upon the late departure after 6 p.m. the payment is withdrawn at the rate of 100% of the total cost of the room (rooms) for one settling day.
11. 11.  Accommodation in the Hotel: The accommodation in the Hotel shall be possible upon producing a passport or any other document, which certifies a person (a passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a foreign passport of a citizen of Ukraine, a diplomatic or official passport, a certificate of a seaman, a certificate of  residence of a person who lives in Ukraine but not a citizen of Ukraine, a national passport of a foreigner or a document substituting it and a visa with the right on residence in Ukraine (if other is not provided by the valid bilateral agreements), a birth certificate of a child under 16, a driving license, for military men – an identity card or a  card of a military man and others).
12. 12. Cancellation of reservation (refusal from reserved services):
    • 48 hours (two days) before arrival – the penalty is not counted;
    • 24 hours before arrival (late cancellation) – the penalty is at the rate of 100 % of the total cost of the reserved room (rooms) for one settling day;
    • non-arrival to the Hotel – the penalty is at the rate of 100 % of the total cost of the reserved room (rooms) for one settling day.
    Cancellation of reservation can be carried out by phone, by fax or by an e-mail.

13. Changes to the application for reservation may be made on the number +380 (312) 66 93 66, or sent by fax +380 (312) 66 93 55, e-mail – reception@hotel-oldcontinent.com.
In case the date of departure is changed after checking-in (premature departure), the penalty is withdrawn at the rate of 100 % of the total cost of the reserved room (rooms) for one settling day.
14. The above said penalties are applied notwithstanding the presence of force majeure circumstances, unfavorable meteorological conditions, the flight delay or cancellation.
15. Additional places:  An additional folding bed is possible for the payment at the rate of 200 UAH. The payment shall not be withdrawn upon accommodating the children under 12 (twelve) with parents in one room of the Hotel without providing an additional place.
The payment at the rate of the cost of a place shall be withdrawn upon accommodating the children under 12 (twelve) with parents in one room of the Hotel with an additional place provision.
16. Board: Breakfast is not included in the rate of the room.
17. By accepting the terms of reservation, a person agrees to the use and treatment of his/ her personal data in compliance with the Law of Ukraine on “Personal Data Protection” and with the aim of providing hotel services.
